This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the S3Manager website, downloadable software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized, and operationally responsible purposes.

You may not use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party right. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Amazon S3, AWS credentials, and any connected infrastructure complies with your own organizational policies and legal obligations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, bucket, network, system, or data.
• Bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Probe, scan, or test systems for vulnerabilities without authorization.

3. No Malicious or Disruptive Activity

• Upload, distribute, or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code.
• Use the Services to disrupt, degrade, overload, or impair systems or third-party services.
• Use the Services in connection with denial-of-service activity, credential stuffing, phishing, or data exfiltration.

4. Respect Data Rights and Privacy

• Do not use the Services to store, access, or transfer data you do not have the right to handle.
• Do not use the Services to violate privacy, confidentiality, export control, or data protection obligations.
• Do not use the Services to access personal or sensitive data in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized.

5. No Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct

• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not use the Services to misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization.
• Do not use the Services in connection with scams, fraud, or deceptive commercial practices.

6. Security of Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding AWS credentials, license keys, and any other access tokens used with the Services. You must not use stolen, unauthorized, or improperly obtained credentials.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated this policy or created risk for us, our users, or third parties.
